Don Webb | COO – Arrow S Energy Operating Mr. Webb has over 25 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Prior to Arrow S Energy, Mr. Webb worked for Cathexis Holdings, a family private equity firm, where he assisted in creating the business and development models for Arrow S Energy Operating. Arrow S Energy Operating funded in May of 2022 and began operations in August of 2022. Prior to Cathexis, he held the position of Senior Vice President - Operations for Hawkwood Energy, LLC. where he was directly responsible for leading all operations of Hawkwood’s Eagle Ford assets in South Texas and assisted in securing $500 million in new equity used to acquire Halcon Resources’ East Texas assets. Before Hawkwood, he served as Drilling Manager – Eagle Ford at Marathon Oil Corp. At Marathon, Mr. Webb oversaw a transformative drilling operations for up to a 20-rig program, leading a team delivering over 400 wells a year, achieving more than 1,000,000 consecutive, incident free, man-hours, while reducing days from spud to total depth from 24 to 10.Prior to Marathon, Mr. Webb held various positions of increasing responsibility within drilling, completions, and production operations and engineering for Devon Energy’s Western Division, including Superintendent of Permian Basin – Texas, Devon’s senior leadership field position. As Superintendent, Mr. Webb oversaw 5 satellite offices, 100 employees, and was accountable for an annual operational budget which grew from $25MM to $625MM. Mr. Webb began his career as a field engineer with Schlumberger - Anadrill, working in various assignments in the Mid-Con, Alaska, Rockies, Haynesville, Marcellus, and offshore shelf Louisiana. Mr. Webb had additional roles as a field test engineer, contributing to the development of new directional drilling technology and as instructor at Schlumberger's Houston Technology Center. Mr. Webb ended his career at SLB as the desk engineer and assistant district manager for the Oklahoma City office. Prior to pursuing his academic degree, Mr. Webb served overseas in the United States Navy earning the Southeast Asia Service Medal and Sailor of Quarter honors. Mr. Webb graduated from The University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering.
