This is the corner stone of my professional values. My experiences include work in pulp and paper, extrusion products, plywood, siding, lumber, industrial panels, and oriented strand board. My work groups and projects teams extend from utility workers to senior executives. I am self-directed and self-motivated to optimize products, processes and services that influence my customers. I am experienced leading, teaching, documenting, auditing, and consulting in each of these areas.As a team leader, I directed the efforts of 12 professions in quality and operations create and deploy a quality management system across multiple and diverse business lines. This QMS emphasized quality management, training, assessment, and documentation. As an analyst, I discovered excessive and cyclic variation in single operation center across a dozen facilities. This analysis eliminated one-third of the variation in the key process indicators.
