Having an understanding of the company culture has been imperative in this professional relationship between AdEPT Technology Group and IntaPeople.Adept Technology Group (recently acquired by Wavenet) are a leading technology and communications support provider with offices across the UK. It was identified that significant hiring management time and resources were being spent on the recruitment process, as well as uncontrollable spend with multiple agencies. They required a recruitment partner to become part of the Human Resources team and take ownership of the whole recruitment strategy for the organisation.Integrating myself into the HR and recruitment teams at AdEPT, allowing me to fully manage the end-to end process of key hires across the technology remit. This included role briefing, candidate selection and ongoing process management to ensure a smooth on boarding experience for both internal stakeholders, and for the candidates joining AdEPT Technology Group. By overseeing the recruitment and on boarding of over 50 key hires into the business, IntaPeople was able to make AdEPT a minimum cost saving of £57,000 and maintain a staff retention rate of 97% after just 6 months.

As a Personal Assistant for the Adult & Work Based Learning Development Officer in the Centre for Life Long Learning, (University of Glamorgan) covering Cardiff & the Vale, Rhondda Cynon Taff, Newport, Blaenau Gwent, Torfaen and Caerphilly. My duties were far reaching, including acting as a contact point for community-based students, processing marks and dealing with queries. I co-lead on planning, organising, marketing and implementing an event, attended by well over 100 members of university staff/students as part of Adult Learners Week. Feedback from the event, in particular, my contribution, was extremely positive. Other duties included administrating none/accredited vocational courses. I was involved in the engagement of tutors, marketing and the enrollment for these courses.
