Experience in working for the Abtran Project Management team within the National Transport Authority, Dublin. I was involved in a number of different projects, varying across different departments within the NTA, which include: Taxi Regulation, Bus Licensing, Public Transport Services and Executive reporting. Whilst working in the NTA, I became the main point of contact for Business Intelligence solutions within the Taxi department, as well as providing support to a multitude of business users. I was also successful in selling and promoting the adoption of BI within the organisation. Some of my responsibilities included: - Facilitating the decommissioning of SQL reporting by transitioning report facilities over to BI.- Report creation, UAT testing, and Go-live validation.- Requirements gathering which involved discussions with various different stakeholders.- Facilitating the co-ordination and translation between developers and end users.I was intricately involved in mobile application projects including the National Journey Planner app and the Real Time Passenger Information app. Some of my responsibilities included:- Requirements gathering and the creation of a Business Requirements Doc outlining specific requirements and functionality for a new Windows based application. - Full app regression testing for each new release in both Android and iOS platforms, for both live apps (above).- Defect/issue documentation as well as regular project status meetings.Other projects and business activities I was involved in:- Creation of entire suit of test cases for new security functionality related to a new Bus Licencing system, as well as the execution of these test cases.- Responsible for creating monthly website and mobile app download stats for executives and directors within the organisation. -I also became heavily involved in Leap Card BI, where I was responsible for UAT testing and Go-live initiation.
