Provide technical expertise and technical closure for new and renewal sales for a specific solution within assigned accounts for a global leader in enterprise data management with software and solutions that help organizations protect their mission-critical data.• Maintain product/solution expertise of market trends in aligned technology, provide high-level solution design, and serve as team Subject Matter Expert across Information Management; provide technical training on how to engage customers.• Present the Veritas technical vision and offering to all levels across the customer internally and externally (e.g. technical or business leads); own the delivery of technical briefings for solutions/products including proof of concepts/demonstrations.• Maintain key relationships/contacts within the Sales, Technical Sales & Support, customers, and partners.• Provide support to Infrastructure and Procurement Managers at small and large enterprise accounts in the public and private sectors to induce new sales and renewals of back-up and high availability solutions for IT systems.• Accompany sales representatives on customer meetings to perform product demo’s and walkthroughs of features.
