As Real Property Planning Specialist, I am responsible for Asset Management, NWCF Master Plan and providing RPAO, RPO clients with clear and concise policy and guidance on A E’s for the orderly and cost effective development of shore facilities projects and Long Range Maintenance Plans. I apply standardized electronic tools, such as EPG, INFADS, and Maximo then upload final 1354’s into INFADS. Provide information for creating Special & Mil-con projects 1391 for Public Works Development /Asset Management process. Identify opportunities, costs, risk and payback for innovative approaches to Shore Installation Management. Integrate assets management technologies and investment strategies that affect development. Utilizes the planning, programming and budgeting system (PPBS) and understands how it affects development. Originate and formulate command-wide objectives, policies, standards, guides, positions and practices to implement a comprehensive community land use management program that supports the mission goals of the Regional Commander and Installation Commanding Officers.
