After the closeout of the CSSC-Kuwait contract, Combat Support Associates (CSA), an AECOM majority owned Joint Venture, is now in the final stages of equity distribution to the partners. As the Director of Compliance I am responsible to closeout old AECOM Government Services Inc legacy contracts reaching back several years prior to the AECOM acquisition of URS.

Combat Support Associates is a joint venture partnership. AECOM Government Services Inc. (AGSI) is the managing partner and The Aleut Corp and RAM Corp are minority partners. I currently direct the CSSC-K (US Army) contract close-out efforts. The contract close-out team relocated to Las Vegas in 2011 and the close-out tasks involve working directly with DCAA Santa Ana, DCMA Houston and the Rock Island Contracting Command. The CSSC-K contract is the largest DOD logistical support/BOSS contract spanning over 11 years. Employee headcount reached over 8,500 employees and over $600 million in annual revenues during the height of the Iraq and Afghanistan wars. CSA was unsuccessful in winning the follow-on contracts and the contract ended in Kuwait during February 2011.

Directed all finance, banking, accounting and joint venture governance matters in PAE. I was the CFO at PAE when the company was sold to Lockheed Martin Corporation in September 2006 and worked extensively with the investment bankers and the selling process of PAE. I continued as Vice President and CFO through the transition process of PAE into the Lockheed Martin business model.Directed all financial and accounting responsibilities in an international government services company. Financial management for all government services contracts located throughout the world. Services included airfield operations, embassy operations and maintenance, base operations and maintenance, and other logistical support services. Customers included US State Department, US Department of Defense, African Union, NATO, Canadian Department of Defense, United Nations and other commercial and government clients.Established an asset based multiple-currency credit facility with a three bank consortium for worldwide treasury management. Maintained relationship management and oversight with government audit agencies and our worldwide audit requirements with our outside audit firm.Provided corporate governance and oversight for the worldwide legal entities that included wholly owned subsidiaries, majority and minority joint ventures and joint venture partnerships. As Corporate Secretary of PAE's worldwide structure, maintained all legal records, board resolutions and board minutes for all legal entities. Provided board and executive committee oversight to joint ventures and partnerships.

Directed all financial and accounting activities in a high-tech software and government services company. Conducted operations management for all government services contracts. Customers included DOD, NASA, FAA and the Department of Transportation.

Managed the corporate finance and accounting departments. Directed and performed the budgeting and strategic planning processes as well as cash flow and receivables management. Directed the development and implementation of policies and procedures assuring compliance with FAR, CAS and GAAP regulations. Worked with DCAA in all compliance and audit matters.

Directed controllership responsibilities for the Facilities Planning and Management Division at USC. Directed the financial management and reporting of a $200 million capital projects budget and a $80 million annual operating budget.

Began in 1979 as a financial analyst in the Aerospace Group and progressed to positions of Manager of Finance and Administration, Accounting Manager and Controller.

prepared annual operating plan and the five year strategic plan for the Convair Division. Performed budget analysis on secret government projects and worked with DCAA on pricing audits.
