I was employed by Commsworld to help with the Migration of the Edinburgh City Council phone system from analogue to VOIP. For the first six months prior to the project starting, I had responsibility for the company’s IT support. Both roles I undertook required a vast range of IT related skills and responsibilities and were a great opportunity to expand my skill set and become more familiar with a variety of software and practices.
