Systems Engineer Mitel - Responsibilities included client visits to design a solution around the customer's current / Future needs and business processes. I prepare and presented the solution using the following products MiVoice Office 250, MiVoice Business Systems, Voicemail, MiCollab Full Suite of Collaboration, MiCC Contact Center Solutions with IVR, Mobility, Teleworker Solutions Via Mitel's Secure Border Gateway and Video Conferencing including Vidyo and Cisco products.

My responsibilities included client visits, design sessions, pricing and the evaluation of the customers business models and processes. I prepare, presented and promoted the sale of the following products Mitel MCD/vMCD, Mitel 5000, Mitel Contact Center Solution, Cisco Routers, Adtran Routers, HP Switches, Tandberg Video Conferencing units (MXP Product Line), Vidyo Conferencing, Polycom Wireless Handsets and the Polycom Video Conferencing Unit.

The first fifteen years at TSI, I worked in the installations department, AMC department and the Service department for voice /data applications. I also worked in the CTI department, which included the installation and service of T-1, Frame Relay, ATM and point-to-point circuit using the NewBridge 3600, 3645, 3624, 3630 and the 3612 Low Bandwidth 56/64K Mux. We also installed Adtran TSU 100,120 and the TSU 600 all products were drop and inset devices interfacing with customer's applications and equipment.

2nd Armored Cavalry Regiment (2nd ACR) Nurnberg West Germany 1980-82 Communication SpecialistThe 2d ACR was responsible for surveillance of 731 kilometers along the Iron Curtain. Its section included 375 kilometers of the border separating West and East Germany, as well as the entire 356 kilometers of the West German-Czechoslovakian border.The Regiment operated six border camps in addition to the home garrisons of the squadrons. Camp Harris located in the town of Coberg, Kingsley Barracks in Hof, Camp Gates in Brand, Camp Pitman in Weiden, Camp Reed in Rosts, and Camp May in Regen. From the border camps, 2d ACR units patrolled their border sectors both by vehicle and on foot.The Regimental Headquarters was in Nuremberg West Germany at Merrell Barracks
