Following the ownership change transaction June 1, Dow Corning is a wholly owned subsidiary of The Dow Chemical Company. As CFO of Dow Corning, I worked on various technical aspects of this notable transaction. As vice chairman, I was responsible for a variety of transitional activities as well as service on the new Hemlock Semiconductor JV board as a Dow director. Having helped the company through the transition into Dow, I retired from line management February 1, 2017.
