While I was trained as a primary care provider in the state of Oregon, I now practice medicine with an emphasis on health promotion through the holistic lenses provided by naturopathic and Chinese medicine. As a naturopathic doctor and acupuncturist, I have been trained to read and decipher the imbalances within the body communicated through the constellation of signs and symptoms presented during times of dis-ease and by taking in the whole picture, a treatment plan is tailored to you as an individual, not your disease or condition; this is truly individualized medicine geared towards you in your totality and your humanness. After determining a treatment approach, I utilize minimally invasive modalities including diet, lifestyle changes, herbal medicine, acupuncture (including non-insertive needling), moxabustion and body work to guide you back to a state of health. I am fully committed to serving my patients and community in the restoration of health and sustained wellbeing.
