-Act in professional and courteous manner at all times and recognize needs of individuals who may require special screening and assistance.-Continually monitor individuals' behaviors as they enter and pass through security checkpoints and alert superiors when suspicious behaviors are observed.-Operate screening equipment to identify dangerous objects in baggage, cargo, and on passengers,and preventing those objects from being transported onto aircrafts.-Ensure the occupational health and safety guidelines are followed in a timely manner.-Immediately respond to breaches of security and emergency situations.-Attend and participate in information briefings concerning security-sensitive or classified information.-Ability to learn the theories, dynamics,and factors, underlying the aviation screening process to enable authoritative and independent handling of screening functions.

-Participate in hiring, recruiting, training, coaching, and evaluation of associates in assigned areas.-Direct work of Associates in departments by communicating daily work assignments and instructions on how to perform assigned tasks; review work to ensure tasks are completed; answer questions about merchandise, tasks, or department procedures.-Contribute to the achievement of multiple departments financial goals by monitoring and evaluating the performance of the departments and implementing plans to achieve objectives.-Ensure effective communication and respond to customer questions about merchandise; locate merchandise and provide requested assistance.-Attend meetings to review merchandise ordered and sales information, identifying merchandise needed in the future, examining trends and seasonal influences, and planning the ordering of needed feature and side counter merchandise.-Maintain accurate and competitive pricing.-Demonstrate and utilize product knowledge about the types of products carried in the departments by answering basic questions regarding products and product choices.-Complete and maintain required paperwork such as Inventory Tracking Reports, invoices, and assignment notes.-Accurately and efficiently place orders;prepare,file, and maintain routine paperwork;processreturns;and properly record markups and markdowns.
