Self Storage FacilityDirected 850 storage spaces over nearly 100,000 square feet of space, in a 4 story building. I maintained a good customer base and improved the reputation of the company by providing excellent service and competitive rates. I handled contracts, held auctions, handled collections, accounts payable, receivables, processed reports, credit card transactions, petty cash, work order repairs, and merchandise. I set up advertising and worked on daily computer programs; SiteLink, DigiGate.

Operated mechanical lift in a variety of temperature controlled environments, including 32F, -10F.

My responsibilities included operating lift equipment under refrigerated (32 degrees) and below freezing (-10 degrees) conditions. I worked under direction of and assisted FDA inspectors for incoming import loads. I verified inbound freight for accuracy and located freight in proper freezer for long or short term storage.; My responsibilities often included transporting crew members to the job site. I performed duties above expectations. I provided feedback on jobsite conditions, coworker performance, and safety.

My responsibilities included order picking from a lift at heights of up to 35 feet. I operated and maintained lift equipment. I provided over 10 years of warehouse experience and collaborated with management to create autonomous work teams.
