- Responsibilities included coordinating rough in construction of wall and ceiling framing, electrical systems, plumbing systems and HVAC systems and also assisting the concrete superintendent. I am also responsible of scheduling deliveries for all trades material and moving it onto the building in an organized fashion

I work for Home Premier during a short time period when the oil spill affected condominium sales and shut down construction of Phoenix West ll. It was a honor and privilege to work for a company which truly valued there customer base. If anything was wrong or a customer was not happy with anything Ward Findly would make it right. My responsibilities included Sales Representative/Project Manager I was responsible for all design work, from new construction to remodel. I sold everything from windows to entire construction projects. I also was the project manager which was responsible for estimating, change orders, following budgets and schedule’s to complete the project on time and with 100% customer satisfaction. I also assisted the Operations Manager with collections and service calls.
