Perform routine QA review of worksheets, batch records, test requisition forms, and other documents generated or utilized in the Clinical Reference Laboratory for documentation compliance and overall assay/sample suitability.Assist in investigating and resolving of all routine quality issues identified during document review.Perform and provide support in a documentation compliance training program as needed for all Monogram Biosciences employees.Assigned to goals and projects that are aligned with overall group goals, department and company goals.Report to the QA Document Review Supervisor and will interact closely with the Clinical Reference Laboratory and with other members of the Quality Assurance Department.
