Primary responsibilities: AT&T MSS’s primary interface to a large AT&T customer for all network related issues, outages and changes. AT&T MSS manages over 6000 individual network devices for 35 component organizations associated with this one particular customer. • Build strong relationship with the federal government through expert level knowledge of the organizations network and business practices • Coordinate and drive the resolution of chronic issues • Manage resolution and corrective action for change related incidents • Participate in client meetings and presentations to address AT&T MSS specific issues • Coordinate training of new associates; identification of specific training gaps and the coordination of targeted training as needed • Prepare customer root cause analysis reports

Working directly with the AT&T engineering team to provide a network wide upgrade to AVPN services for multiple federal government service sites. • Maintain cut schedules • Implementation of the new router configurations • Tracking project progress and providing the MSS GCSC (Global Client Service Center) management team updates in regard to the previously mentioned tasks. • Upgraded approximately 500 sites to AVPN for the federal government and the MSS GCSC

Managing multiple projects simultaneously from initial kickoff through completion. Ninety five percent of all projects managed were Cisco Unified Communications projects. • Allocation of resources • Maintaining budgets (both monetary and time) • Kept projects within scope and the submission of contractual deliverables. • Responsible for forecasting project profitability to keep the project within an acceptable range of gross profit. Secondary responsibilities: Approval of expenses and time for each allocated resource to a project in addition to weekly status reports both internal and external for each project from kickoff to presentation of final deliverables • Maintaining of documentation for each project being managed within my area of authority. • Served as the primary resource allocated to keep projects moving through completion based upon the best practices of the Project Management Institute standards. Cisco TelePresence Project • Worked as the project manager on 6 Cisco TelePresence installations both domestic and international. All installations were for CTS 3000s. • Assist in the assembly of a CTS 3000 • Participated at the customer premises for the final site certification process at two Cisco TelePresence locations.
