I practice in the area of financial services law, acting for lenders and borrowers, with an emphasis on secured transactions. I act for Canadian financial institutions in connection with their commercial and corporate loans to both public and private borrowers. Many of these loans are syndicated and cross-border. I provide regulatory advice to financial institutions, agency work on structured finance transactions, and general corporate commercial transactions.
