CityStudio is an innovation hub connecting students with City staff and community members, as they co-create projects for a more livable, sustainable and joyful Vancouver.As one of 20 students selected for the Fall 2017 semester, we worked to develop projects aligning with City strategies and goals. We researched current issues, conducted stakeholder outreach, coordinated sponsorship, and managed projects, as well as attended workshops for personal and professional development.As a cohort, we organized Vancouver's first "Bridge Warming" event under the south side of the Cambie Street Bridge. This event successfully brought life to an underused space for one night
