He worked as an AuditSupervisor for Ernst & Young in the United Kingdom and was Senior Manager ofthe Ernst & Young office in the Solomon Islands.On returning to New Zealand he joined the Queenstown practice of McCulloch &Partners in 1996 and was admitted to Partnership in 2001.Whilst he has finished playing cricket himself Donald has still been actively involved onmany other levels, being a Board Member and junior representative coach of theOtago Country Cricket Association, and Past President of the Queenstown Cricket Club.
