A CIO/COO who has become a turnaround expert. In my previous role I was able to improve Net Income 10X at one of the companies by raising prices, reducing S,G & A, reducing shipping costs and eliminating sales to resellers who were undercutting us in the marketplace. We have raised Net Income all four years I have been with the company while increasing revenue by 40%. We have built a stronger team that is able to execute on our KPIs and who all support the new vision and strategy. We have also reduced IT costs while automating more processes. We were able to redeploy capital to increase inventory so that we could minimize stock out costs which helped us set new revenue records last year and this year. We also improved processes to reduce the cost of the customer service operation and sales operations.At the other company we were able to turn yearly losses into yearly Net Income gains by improving processes and removing rework. There is more to be done and we need to continue building out the team but the company is now headed in the right direction. I have worked in Financial Services most of my life including floor financing/working capital, mid-market lending, insurance, brokerage, mutual funds, investment operations and leasing. I was a programmer for many years and have kept up with many of the technological innovations and software languages although in a less technical role since becoming an executive.
