Additional responsibilities have included SOX certification, Security and Crisis Management (SCM) preparedness and cost reduction initiatives saving $855K over two years. Black Belt projects saw reductions in cycle time of 92% at implementation and Green Belt projects saved over $250K in one year. Managed budgets up to $10MM and was the Application and Systems Control Accountability certification manager for a $75MM leasing system. Presented to steering committees to request funding, review change requests and completed tollgates at all phases of the SDLC. Experience with many CRM and ERP applications including Salesforce, NetSuite, Oracle, Axtapa and SAP. Agile experience includes use of Atlassian Jira, performing as a Certified Scrum Master in Daily Stand Up meetings and helping to manage a Product Backlog.
