I helped customers in the New York area understand the complexities of Microsoft Licensing while helping make sure they were in full compliance.

I help all Client Account Managers with all of the paperwork and office stuff they need in order to make sure they look good in front of the customer. I make sure to facilitate everyone's needs and requests in a timely fashion.

I make sure every office is set up to run efficiently through telecommunications. I evaluate the needs of the business and see if I can tailor a set up of phone, internet and wireless support to make sure that Anchorage is running as smoothly as possible. I try to earn new business while growing current clients. But I do not view myself as a salesman, I view myself as a customer service salesman. I want to make sure that every client I work with gets a personal experience and not a cookie cutter pitch. I hate that as a consumer.

I helped every customer who walked into the store front find not only the latest fashion but a store that understood their individual styles. I made sure to help every customer, even on black Friday as if they were the only person in the store. Even while providing amazing customer service i had to make sure the store stayed presentable and that the till was never off.

I worked with mentally disabled clients in a home setting to help them learn how to interact and deal with their disabilities. I did everything from lead classes on how to keep your hygiene up to passing out medications.
