23 years of living and breathing everything Gael and Q-Pulse is well out of my system since our exit in 2015. Although I have taken a significant step back in the business I am really enjoying creating and growing MindGenius with the talented team we have here.We disrupt how projects are managed across the world. In short the PM space is full of products that simply focus on Task Management and ignore the front end planning, often resulting in project that fail to deliver what you need. We use MindMaps to plan the front end and seemlessly move only what's relevant to TaskBoard's or Timelines. We provide extensive reporting across all your Projects, so there are no surprises lurking.We aim to minimise change and scope creep by involving the right people from the outset. We aim to avoid surprises by identifying risks and steering a course to avoid or workaround. We aim to eliminate delays, budget overruns and projects that don't deliver what was expected by providing an intuitive solution that helps everyone on the team maximise their contribution.What we learned in developing products, managing risks and delivering successful projects over the years has been woven into the fabric of MindGenius and I am delighted with what our talented team here at MindGenius have achieved to date. So whilst it would be easier to lie on a beach or hack a way around a golf course, there is far more fun in taking something to market again.Gael, Q-Pulse and Enlighten demonstrated across 93 countries what we were capable of doing, MindGenius as a mindset and a tool has provided me and our team with a real edge in getting things done and the results over the years speak for themselves.In my opinion, focus, strategy and discipline makes things happen - talk, hot air and "going to" tends to be less successful!My weakness - impatient, too bloody honest and I absolutely detest the poison of politics in the workplace.
