As Associate General Counsel for Altisource I was responsible for all legal, licensing and compliance matters affecting the Company's wholly owned title and settlement services companies operated under the Premium Title brand names. In March 2009 I joined ISGN to lead a team of international finance, systems and technology experts charged with performing due diligence on the acquisition of two national vendor management and title agencies previously acquired and operated by Fiserv (nasdaq:fisv) as part of their Fulfillment Services Division. The acquisition was successfully closed on December 11, 2009 followed by post-closing integration of systems, processes and employees located in Connecticut, Florida, Texas, Pennsylvania and Colorado. In September 2009 I was promoted to president -origination practice group where I was responsible for national title & closing, mortgage processing and origination technologies. In September 2010 I accepted a newly created position as chief risk officer (CRO) for ISGN where I was responsible for assessing then mitigating risks associated with the global operations of the Company.

Senior Executive Business Development

Transferred to Asset Preservation, Inc. (API) - Stewart Title's 1031 tax deferred exchange company to develop business opportunities within the Stewart Title network. While there I successfuly developed new business relationships with Stewart Title affiliate offices and title agencies whereby API's tax deferred exchange services were offered to sellers with pending transaction in the title office. This program was introduced in California and grew to successful sales in Washington, Oregon, Colorado and Arizona. In addition while at API I was instrumental in developing strategic business relationships with regional and national banks by offering exchange services to private banking customers - often high net worth depositors - which added to the servcies offered by the bank while maintaining the depository relationships between the bank and their customers.

As Group President for Stewart's REI Group I was responsible for the strategic and operatonal managment of the wholly owned subsidiaries in the REI Group. REI consisted of domestic and gobal operating business entities providing software solutions for the automation of land registration, cadastre mapping, GIS and document recordation; residential mortgage origination products and services; mortgage file due diligence and post closing; home retention and foreclosure avoidance services; and qualified intermediary services to investors engaged in tax deferred exchanges (section 1031 IRC). During the 9+ years of progressive management at Stewart I was responsible for the organic growth of all the business units within the REI Group, plus growth of revenue and accretive earnings through start-ups, new products and acquisitions. I was board chairman of all subsidiaries in the REI Group; a member of Stewart's president's strategy council; and a member of Stewart's corporate leadership team.

I was responsibel for divesting marginal, unprofitable and non-core business units while successfully turning around the operation from a history of five consecutive years of losses to profitability.
