Integration leader for Enterprise-wide effort to lower the cost of the Finance function while delivering greater value to business partners- Integrated separate tracks each focused on a single finance process including Decision Support, Strategy and Planning, Reporting, Transaction Processing, and Technology- Developed integrated two-year project plan with deliverables, milestones, and senior management reviews.- Delivered Future State strategic recommendation for Finance function with phased implementation approach to allow senior management to approve program direction.- Implemented first phase of recommendation: establishment of six Shared Service Centers with 15% staff reduction and rollout of a Business Performance Management Framework, which resulted in the first integrated firm-wide business plan.

Oversaw financial aspects of all Retail Distribution Channels (3,000 employees), including Phones, Branches, and the Retail Web Site.

Supported all Retail products, including Fidelity Mutual Funds, Non-Proprietary Mutual Funds, Brokerage, and High Net Worth.

Provided financial insight for the Core Customer Segment ($1B revenue) and the Retail Phone Sites (5 sites, 3,500 employees).
