Youd Andrews help organisations focus on the 'C' level, by the use of experiential training, (using business cases and real senior executives in 'real play' meetings). The executives help participants to improve their confidence at dealing with the 'C' level and provide feedback on individual behavioural styles.Youd Andrews have successfully implemented this concept across many of the top 100 IT companies (Software, Hardware and Services). References are always available on request.We also take this concept to the opposite extreme and help start up companies get positioned within their target organisation, which helps them dramatically shorten the sales cycle. Over the years, we have achieved an additional $2.5 bn of additional revenue they wouldn’t have otherwise achieved.My role is to manage our experiential training business, understanding our clients business needs, their current situation and creating business simulator programmes to bridge the gap. The role takes me to all parts of the globe, which enables me to create programmes that appeal to all nationalities and cultures.

Sales & Marketing Director for the UK and subsequently the Benelux Countries operating out of Eindhoven Holland.Racal Redac sold Electronic CAD systems to the electronic design and manufacturing companies. The objective was to move Racal Redac from a 'box shifting' organisations to 'Solution Selling', which we achieved by using the 'Tops Down' selling techniques learnt at Xerox.Realising that we could use the same techniques in any IT organisations, Don Youd and I setup Youd Andrews.

Initially I ran a brilliant sales team selling Xerox’s Word Processing and Fax systems in the South West of England. Many people forget that Xerox was a pioneer in Computing and Word Processing back in the late 70s and this was an exciting time compared to reprographics.I then moved on the Xerox Aided Design team, where we used xerographic techniques to compete against the traditional mapping and photography processes, to create new working drawings, in a fraction of the time.After 15 years at Xerox, it was time for a change.
