Project Manager
Current• Determine and define project scope and objectives• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan• Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements, trackproject costs in order to meet budget• Control and monitor the project constraints• Manage Change Requests - budgeting, efforts, management and controlling.• Identify, monitor, respond and control the risk• Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client• Keep all stakeholders updated on Projects’ Progress• Ensure implementation of standard processes and practices• Prepare for team collaboration and quality assurance procedures• Ensure organization of project documents• Ensure Timesheet practices are implemented• Encourage feedback within team and participation in engagement activities• Lead the client and the team on the project• Strategic partner to the organization
