I oversaw the opening of the new Fnac store in Rome (the first store for the chain in the capital, 2,100 m2) at the Porte di Roma shopping center in Bufalotta. I have been involved in the project since its embryonic stage, from the technical design and structuring of the various departments to the identification of local suppliers. I have also entrusted with full autonomy the selection of the group of managers and the definition of the entire staff of the store (for a total of 70 people).2006- 2007, Director of the Fnac Naples Store. I assumed full and total responsibility for the Naples store with a commercial area of about 2,000 square meters and a staff of about 80 people.
