Breakdown Controller Cartwright Group – August 2019 to Present Responsibilities included:• Pick up all Breakdown contacts received into the CFS Breakdown team. • Log all Breakdown jobs into the CFS systems, continually updating the progress of the job, until the work is completed and the job is closed in the system. • Gather all of the relevant information needed to raise a Breakdown request. • Identify within the supplier network, the most appropriate vendor, always ensuring that our mobile Fitters are utilised where possible. • Liaise with the relevant vendors to attend the Breakdown, gathering clear expectations on ETA. • Continually keep the customer updated on progress, setting clear expectations on ETA and assistance organised. • Chase vendors to ensure they have attended the breakdown, updating the CFS systems with progress. • Escalate vendor issues, where needed, to our area team to be addressed. • Close open jobs when completion has been confirmed. • Work with the other members of the breakdown team to manage open jobs. • Update the planners, where necessary, on any issues affecting managed fleets. • Feedback immediately on trends/continued faults monitored within the network. • Manage and complete CFS administration tasks, during any period of time when there are no breakdowns.
