Fit-Out Project Manager On 46 Luxury Apartments Above The Frascati Shopping Centre In BlackrockOss Mar 2022 - Aug 2022Dublin, County Dublin, IrelandHe delivered the furniture fit-out on 46 luxury apartments above the Frascati Shopping Centre. The location of the construction site for the apartments was on-going and therefore a challenging daily situation given that the center below the site remained open for business, and so his team had to work around imposed restraints on the days when the product arrived, in order to keep all parties aligned. He PM’d a team that consisted of 3 - 6 workers depending on the work flow on-site over 6 months. Hands-on overseeing the assembly and build of multiple types of furniture both in the warehouse and on-site for the client. Handled all issues as they arose, from workers schedules to unforeseen Contractor issues. Achieved a fast delivery between The Centre, COLLEN the Contractor and the furniture Client with minimal stoppages to delivery. Maintained and injury-free site for the duration of the work and greatly enjoyed the project, which picked up on his many years designing and overseeing the fit out of multiple kitchens across Dublin, and given his construction recruitment background it was deeply insightful to work the role he had placed candidates on many times previously. The project was successfully handed over to the client who positively appraised his work. -
