Don Bossert achieved his Certified Management Accountant designation from the Society of Management Accountants in 1992 while working as the Director of Finance for Unified Alloys, a wholesale distributor of stainless steel and alloy pipe and fittings. He spent 19 years as Director of Finance for Unified Alloys, where he helped the company grow from a company with seven employees in two locations, to a company with over 100 employees in five locations across Canada. Don Bossert became the Chief Financial Officer of Jaeger Resources Corp., a junior public mining company trading on the TSX Venture Exchange in 2006. In 2009, he retired from Unified Alloys to do part-time consulting through his management services company, Bossert Consulting Ltd. and he also became the CFO of another junior mining company, Silver Stream Mining Corp. Silver Stream Mining Corp. was merged with Stratabound Minerals Corp. in 2016.2010 saw Don become the Controller of Armor Alloys Ltd., a wholesale distributor of stainless steel and special alloy pipe, fittings, valves, and related products in Edmonton, AB. Don has become a partner in the company and along with his four partners, takes immense pride in providing fast, reliable service to their customers, and growing the business. In 2014 Armor Alloys Ltd. opened locations in Calgary, AB and Coquitlam, BC to further expand the markets and customer base they service.When Don Bossert is not busy helping Armor Alloys Ltd. grow, or fulfilling his duties as the CFO of Jaeger Resources Corp., he enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife and family. Don has two sons, a daughter, and two step-daughters that he enjoys spending as much time with as possible. He also has five (yes five!) rescue cats that his wife, Lori, has determined that no one else can give them as loving a home as they can.
