Don Evans is a gift planning and charitable administration professional with over 25 years of experience helping donors and their advisors navigate the intricacies of using highly appreciated assets to fund and administer charitable endowments and advanced gift plans. Don serves as the CEO of Crewe Foundation and works with trusted teams of professional advisors to develop and administer strategic gift plans, charitable endowments and aid in charitable organizational management. In addition to his work in the charitable field, Don co-founded Ascent Development in 2001, a new products and technology development firm. Don has invented and successfully licensed many products ranging from media packaging to housewares. Don manages his firm’s ongoing partnership interests in multiple management and real estate development companies. Don serves on the Board of Directors of several 501(c)(3) public non-profit organizations that provide endowments for third-world education, social development, and music & the arts. Don has degrees from Utah Valley University and from the University of Utah. Don’s favorite hobbies include fly-fishing, skiing, scuba and free diving and spending time with his wife and children.
