• Take in charge of global UF/RO/ED membrane autopsy, supporting more than 300M USD sales (Membrane chemical 60M USD, RO+UF membrane >150M USD, ED membrane 60M USD). Handling 300-400 membrane autopsy jobs annually.• Diagnose the operational problems of water treatment system from different kind of industries. • Work across multiple product lines in Suez WTS and link with other technology leaders, product application specialists, product managers and sales personnel. • Have excellent technical skills and expertise in the water industry especially in membrane-related technology, including membrane manufacturing, process application and life cycle analysis/services.• Own good knowledge in different analytical function and instruments, including water, complex organic, deposit, microbiological, surface, metallurgical analysis. • Have experience with the SUEZ IIoT solution - InSight. • Host Webinar on membrane system diagnose and solutions with about 400 audiences. https://attendee.gotowebinar.com/recording/5547623707744478466• Built up the capacity of UF autopsy and cleaning study. • Have expertise in the laboratory facilities and regulation management.• Supervise interns and provide guidance on technical job and teamwork sprits.

• Work as research engineer for membrane chemical and develop new products which support 60M USD Membrane Chemical global sales.• Solve customer problems and support commercial team for different product lines: membrane cleaner, biomate, antiscalant, wastewater, cooling, F&B, etc.• Have R&D and application experience on RO/UF/ED membranes.• Have project management experience in setting up two laboratory: 1.4 M SGD and 7 M SGD, experience include: facilities and utilities setup (gas, water, air supply, exhaust, chiller, cooling tower, etc), equipment/instrument setup and different kind of regulatory requirements (NEA, PUB, SCDF, BCA) for laboratory setup.• Launch couple of new UF/RO cleaning/antiscalant products.• Design and build different kind of water/wastewater treatment process, from lab scale to pilot and full scale.• Draft up the white paper for the application of biological control chemicals in the membrane process.• D.
