I oversee projects from requirements gathering, planning & estimating, writing user stories, day-to-day management of resources/budget/timeline, quality control testing, launch activities, and retrospectives. I liaise between internal and external stakeholders and act as the central hub of project and product knowledge.

Ansira (formerly Sq1) is a full-service digital agency with a focus in online conversion optimization. As the lead Project Manager I implemented project management software cross-departmental as a way to centralize project information, manage resources, track project status, and establish a bug ticketing process for clients. I also established standards for quality assurance testing and scoping during project initiation. My client projects have consisted of web UX/design development, web application builds, consumer website builds and maintenance, onsite A/B testing and implementation, email development, and landing page development in coordination with SEO and digital media efforts. I manage projects from conception to deployment (discovery, scoping, estimating, requirements gathering, kick off, execution, quality assurance testing, deployment, and maintenance). Recent projects have included a full website redesign for an employee intranet and the design/development of a custom learning management system, including full backend UI for administration.

Quango is a full-service advertising agency with an industry focus in technology companies. My role was both Account Executive and Project Manager for clients such as Intel and VMware. For Intel I managed the development of marketing materials, white papers, educational sales videos, and printed sales guides for resellers. I also oversaw creation and execution of integrated campaigns that spanned landing page or microsite development, animated display ads, and email marketing for new product launches. I also planned and executed Intel's sponsorship presence at the 2017 AWS Global Summit events which included creation of event signage/artwork, coordination of technical workshops/demos, procurements for booth vendors and staff, and logistics for keynote speakers in more than a dozen countries. For VMware I managed content development, design, and internationalization of their vCAN provider search portal as well as coordination for a global awareness campaign to promote new partnership with IBM.

Mindgruve is a global marketing agency. As an Account Manager I acted as the primary client contact and agency partner, as well as the Project Manager for client campaigns and initiatives. My focus industry was hospitality and tourism of which I managed integrated digital campaigns spanning paid media, email marketing, SEO, and social media. Web design/development and website maintenance projects comprised a large part of my portfolio, having overseen the content development, UX, web design, development, and quality control of a client's major website redesign. Mindgruve also partners with the local professional advertising group, SDX, to put on San Diego's annual digital marketing conference, Interactive Day (IDSD). For IDSD I managed the web development, email marketing, event artwork/signage, and keynote speakers to produce a two-day conference for nearly 700 professionals.

As an AE/AM for EPMG's retail team I oversaw the national Walmart multicultural print campaigns. Using internal software and insight to target consumers' behaviors, I worked with the client and AOR to develop a media strategy based on their guidelines. In addition to planning and presenting, I oversaw the execution of each campaign and provided analytical information to the client to project ROI and effectiveness. I also worked with my team on aligning the logistics of millions of inserts every week to deliver English & Spanish materials to publications and stores. In addition to working with logistical and planning teams, I found resolutions to any arising issues, trafficked artwork and communicated with necessary parties to ensure streamlined awareness and flow of every campaign.

Duties include composing product descriptions, proofing routed projects, sitting in on conference calls, attending meetings, communicating with the creative department, setting up job jackets and becoming completely familiarized with the companies and competitors. Additional tasks include any other assistance needed by Account Executives.
