• My responsibilities include taking Job description from the Lead/Manager and analyst the requirement properly.• Sourcing the candidate through Job portal like Dice, Carrier Builder, Monster, Job Diva, The Ladders and social networking websites.• Screening and short-listing candidates based on the Job description.• Good knowledge in US tax terms and benefits – W2, C2C and 1099• Posting vacancies on portals.• Negotiated with the consultants on different contract terms like Corp to Corp and W2.• Maintained detail database for the candidate along with the status in order to reach out the right candidate when the position or similar position opens which matches the skills of the candidate.• Maintain the employer list and hot-list for contracting C2C candidate through employer.• Keep the track to follow up with the candidate/employer for Interview schedule, Interview, Offered and on-boarding to the particular client.• Initiate feedback to the candidate as per client respond.• Maintained weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.• Screened and short-listed candidates in accordance with the client’s resource requirements.
