My name is Donna Bell-Tchega. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Emergency Preparedness, Homeland Security, and Cybersecurity with an emphasis in Homeland Security, and a minor in Criminal Justice. Currently, I'm working at Urban Pathways as the Community Outreach Liaison. The organization aims to address homelessness and at risk-New Yorkers with a housing first and mental health approach. Through outreach and drop-in center services, transitional, long-term and permanent housing, and comprehensive support services. I am experienced in researching the effect of policies on government and society and analyzing political trends on related issues. I thoroughly comprehend policymaking procedures and the various aspects of policy analysis. My background in legislative work and political violence cases makes me qualified to correspond with constituents, legislative, administrative, and intergovernmental staff on problems pertaining to the district and assist in dispatching relevant resources necessary to resolve issues and promote policy initiatives. Furthermore, I've had the opportunity to work on a variety of projects in the past, including public relations and strategic planning.
