Primary responsibility of Cost Leadership program for the Americas (US, Latin America, Canada) and a variety of other corporate initaitives. Tasks include presentations, training, coaching, support and rollout of intiatives as well as tracking and reporting progress to plans.

* Project Leader to the MCI Worldcom account responsible for idientifying the "Future Mode of Operation" for transitioned areas. The tasks and deliverables were to identify areas for productivity and cost improvement through organizational changes and process institutionalization. Project was suspended when contract negotiations were delayed and scope reduced.* Liason to Bellsouth Account to understand the customer's business objectives and strategy, proactively identify future business opportunities for the Technology and Engineering Solution Centres, support resourcing requests and worked as unit leader for the TESC organization in Managed Network Solution project to remove roadblocks to staffing and meeting goals.* Assumed responsibility as Project Leader for Solution Centre Startup Process. Updated an existing startup process with additional checklists and templates. Utilized and coached individiuals from US and International sites on the process and utilized feedback for improvement to the process. Went TDY to Tennessee, Adelaide, and Chennai, India to provide guidance in performing the buisness justification for starting a sloution centre utilizing the Solution Centre Startup process.

Assisted with the startup of the Brasil Systems Engineering Centre (BSC) with responsibility of selecting and training leadership in their roles, responsibilities and processes. Mentored Software Engineering Process Network Initiative leaders. Mentored team (13) in Strategic Business Planning process. Moved non-General Motors work and personnel to the BSC. Was Team manager of over 100 people at the BSC with responsibility for non-GM and GM projects (including the GM Common Systems Project).

BL at the St. Louis Service Center responsible for teams with the Housing and Urban Development, Lotus Notes, Maintenance Management Information System and Saturn projects. Responsibilities included people development, service agreements, business partner agreements, billing, and workforce planning. Was champion for the Systems Life Cycle Roadmap initiative, 1995 Capital Appropriation and Budget and Strategic Business Plans for the Service Center.Participated on a study team to Southwestern Bell during the definition phase.Went TDY to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil to assist in assessing their processes and providing direction to their leadership in Software Engineering Process Network initiative development.Went TDY to Dublin, Ohio to assist in setting up the account's business processes.

Project Owner for the Computer Resource Nucleus Project (CORN). Responsibilities included learning the technology and methodology of converting Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) systems from the Data General to an IBM platform in order to bring work back to the Atlanta Regional Support Center, start up procedures for project planning of the Contract Work Packages, interface activity with the FAA customer and Herndon EDS account.Participated on a study team during definition phase for the Support Systems International project.Supported Maintenance Management Information Systems, Outbound Shipper and Online Receiving System used in GM assembly Plants. Performed maintenance, on call production, user training and the migration of a GM system from a plant to an Information Processing Center (IPC).Was an instructor with the Philip Crosby Quality Education System involved with setup and teaching to the Atlanta Service Center.Team Leader for sales promotions and production support of sales reporting and order processing for the GM Part Sales systems of GM Service Parts Operation Division.Participated in migration and ensured data integrity of systems from the Pontiac Field Processing Center and Flint Warehouse and Distribution Center to the Flint Data Center.
