Managed the initiation of HighJump Third Party Logistics software, data, and operations across 16 locations that will lead to the potential to save up to 3M dollars in shrink by enabling near real time receiving, shipping and billing/accounting via Agile SAFe methodology.

Supported effort to coordinate enterprise-wide IT conversions as part of the $2.8B IPO of Synchrony Financial and successful separation of $20B+ in assets from GE Capital. This effort included deploying third party, loyalty and online banking platforms in addition to hosting 17 major command center activities (including 170+ application migrations and deployments) along with monitoring 200+ additional efforts throughout the transformation.
