Provided training and technical support during national expansion of Massachusetts Model of collaborative care for management of opioid use disorders in primary care.

Developed and supported an ACO-ready nursing workforce. Implemented and expanded a program to improve safety of opioid prescribing in primary care. Developed a practice-wide care management strategy in preparation for ACO transition. Responsible for oversight of 30 primary care nurses involved in delivery of care to panel of approximately 40,000 patients during more than 110,00 patient visits and 72,000 patient calls annually.

Research nurse for NIDA funded grant focusing on improving safety of opioid prescribing in primary care.

Provided consultation services to inpatient units of Boston Medical Center, focusing on coordinating care for out-of-treatment opioid dependent clients. Provided community training on overdose prevention, recognition and response, as well as the use of intranasal naloxone. Delivered intensive case management services with a focus on harm reduction and health education.
