In addition to my own sales and recruiting efforts, I am working with my team to not only achieve Director status for myself, but to help them achieve the goals that they have for their business. Responsible for all HR functions; payroll, on boarding; employee benefits, as well as managing administrative operations. In addition, I assist the CPA with accounts payable and receivable, as well as employee expense reports and collections.

As part of the transition team, I assisted with the transfering of employee records, benefits changes, and hiring of employees already in the pipeline during and after the acquisition.

Works with corporate management to develop and administer human resources polices, programs and services, including legal compliance, employee benefits, employee relations, employment practices and procedures. Assists with recruitment and handles all aspects of onboarding. Worked with the due diligence team on the acquisition and assisted with the transition.

Woodstock, Georgia

Responsible for wage and salary administration, accurately managing employee benefits programs and for ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Other duties included FMLA, Disability and Worker's Comp administration. I was also the person responsible for deciphering the constantly changing Affordable Care Act. Tenure includes five years of supervisory experience, providing leadership and direction for the Administrative Office Support team.
