We are a hobby farmette; raising Angora Goats for their fleece to be processed for local artists to knit, crochet, and weave. Our home is open for weddings and parties alike, even graduation pictures due to the beautiful historic stone and wood back-drops. The homestead has been dated back to 1741.The land itself has been documented to a warrant dated April 29, 1741, through William Penn himself. Originally, surveyed on March 30, 1756 and Patented on February 25, 1760, Martin Neasley (Nisley) was granted the 300 acres. A process that took him 19 years. Evidence of the families presents is found even today by the children's' carving initials (AN, MN, MN) in the barn. Other hints of history are scattered here, there, and everywhere… everything from little children hand prints set in concrete to notches and roman numerals cut into the beams of the barn.
