I have been teaching yoga to adults and children for 10 years now in Qatar, USA and Australia. I am a Co-Director at Empower Yoga which encompasses Empowered Kids Yoga and Empower Corporate Yoga. We specialise in providing corporate yoga classes in the workplace and break out sessions at you corporate event or workshop. We also offer in-school and after school yoga and wellbeing programs for children, teenagers and young adults.
