Define, maintain and execute on procurement contracting strategies for very large, complex data center construction projects and purchasing opportunities to ensure optimal cost and sufficient continuity of supply chain.Contract management and negotiation for various contract mechanism such as firm-fixed price, GMP, cost reimbursable, etc. for mega-projects.Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful contract execution through involvement in design, scheduling, cost, and change management.

Project Theo - Israel: Post-IFC design quality control review to facilitate inter-disciplinary coordinations and constructability; resolution of post-IFC client design comments; design change management including client interface

District Procurement and Design Management: Develop and execute procurement strategies - schedule, partners, design, project staffing, self-work opportunities and fee; Participate in contract negotiations with Owners; Develop, negotiate and execute contracts with Trade Partners and Designers; Develop and execute procurement and contract strategies to promote inclusion of small, minority and disadvantaged Trade Partners and Designers; Execute pre construction cost controls involving cost estimating, cost analysis and value engineering to assist the total team in achieving the common goal of completing projects within budget without sacrificing quality; Lead design partner teams to execute project requirements and goals on time and on budget while maintaining quality and sustainability; Develop and maintain relationships with Owners, Designers and Trade Partners to maintain the company’s presence in existing markets as well as explore new and emerging markets; Work with Executives in developing two new financial operating centers in Guam and Hawaii

On-site Project Management: Oversee the on-site project administration of Trade Partner contracts; Cost control, submittal coordination, MEP coordination, expediting material deliveries, Trade Partner management, negotiating changes, scheduling and general administrative operations; Resolution of interface conflicts, revisions, exceptions, and required submittals to ensure that all work is approved prior to fabrication, delivery and installation.District Procurement and Design Management: Develop CSI Division and Uniformat estimates; Develop detailed estimates for all self performed work; Develop working relationships with Trade Partners; Develop Trade Partner and Supplier scopes of work and monitor Trade Partner pricing with the architectural and engineering drawings and specifications; Work for Executives in developing two new financial operating centers in Mid Atlantic and Capitol regions

On-site Project Field and Office Engineering: Report and respond to Project Superintendent for all coordination and interpretative efforts related to architectural/engineering documents in the field; Develop and implement project layout, site surveys and site controls; Coordinate all RFI’s between management team, trade partners and design professionals; Track trade partner and self performed labor activities; Review and process Owner and Trade Partner pay applications; Coordinate material deliveries; Submittal review and processing; Project schedule updates.
