Family Law Attorney
Current- Represent clients in matters of separation, divorce, child custody, access, child support, alimony, marital property, asset determination and division, settlements, separation agreements, and mediation. - Handle issues of domestic violence, represents children as a Best Interest Attorney, and represent both sides in grandparents and third party custody or access issues.- Navigate clients through custody and divorce matters, including complex financial matters and high conflict custody issues. - Work with other professionals and experts on behalf of clients, which may be necessary in custody or financial matters. - Work with clients so they are prepared to settle their case or, if necessary, litigate their case.
