I have been running this business for over three years, and I have helped hundreds of clients cope with their emotional and psychological challenges, using interest-based mediation and verbal de-escalation techniques.My mission is to empower people to overcome their trauma and transform their lives, by creating a safe and supportive space for them to communicate their needs, feelings, and goals. I have a personal and professional background in trauma, which gives me a unique insight and empathy for my clients. I am also a certified mediator, and I have completed multiple courses and workshops on crisis intervention, de-escalation, and trauma-informed care.
