• Coordinate conference calls with the clients to determine the implementation logic• Conduct analysis to determine appropriate product/service requirements for new or existing clients• Triage tickets in PPM, track and follow up with respective departments• Write functional design, accommodation of client rules, plans or procedures• Document client requirements for system migration• Analyze custom reporting and system interface requirements• Transfer files among various systems using FTP/SFTP• Oversee accurate and timely installation, conversion of products through entire implementation cycle and testing• Ensure successful 'hand-off' to appropriate implementation specialist for implementation

• Participate in project planning, coordinates product configuration or adaptation to meet each client's needs• Write functional design, accommodation of client rules, plans or procedures• Prepare requirement documents and send across to development team• Gather client control information, pre and post implementation testing oversight• Creating/updating monarch models as per the client requirements• Perform various SQL queries to validate the data in PROD and Test environments• Copy files among various systems using FTP/SFTP• Participate in scheduling development, monitoring and reporting the status to member of project team leadership • Testing the product and overseeing the testing process• Ensure successful 'hand-off' to appropriate departments for on-going support after the implementation process• Coordinate client training, conducts conference calls with Payer, solution designers, throughout the implementation life cycle
