I manage the delivery of maths and English at Community Learning Services, North East Lincolnshire Council. This ranges from Community Learning courses, to Functional Skills E1-L2 and GCSE qualifications covering a range of awarding bodies. This is specifically focussed on the provision of 19+ maths and English courses at venues across the community, ensuring we meet our achievement, retention and success targets, comply with standardisation procedures and SFA funding requirements and meet our annual funding targets. My role also includes supporting staff through the OTLA process and CPD. I also co-ordinate the delivery and embedding of maths and English accreditations in the 16-19 Study Programme, Apprenticeships and in ALD provisions, providing staff and training for the required delivery.
