I worked with the prospect experience optimization teams in marketing to challenge their current processes, reflect, and implement changes using an agile mindset. Below are some of the details. Team- Converted the marketing teams from 2 scrum teams to 4 scrum teams. Later added a 5 team for a new business unit. - Protected the team members from outside disruptions to the best of my abilities. - Created Power BI dashboards to understand and communicate team capacities- Promoted consistency and completion of sprint work for every sprint. Our success can be shown in the increased capacity over 2021 for teams.
