Financial Project Coordinator, Planning, Permitting And Licensing Practice
Current• Provide financial management support to a major environmental client with annual average billings of $23 million. Trained and authorized by the client to access the client’s financial system to provide project-specific data on a monthly basis for accruals and cash flow forecast, as well as verifying actuals vs forecasts for each project. Responsibilities also include monthly cash forecasting, electronic invoicing, purchase requisitions, change order management, tracking and expediting payments to subcontractors, and preparing estimates-to-complete on a quarterly basis.• Provided financial support on multiple projects ranging from $5 thousand to $59 million including project set-up, project budgets, revenue generation (fixed cost/lump sum, cost plus, fixed rates and time and materials), capital expenditures, electronic invoicing and purchase requisitions for subcontractors.• Coordinate effective communications between external and internal clients where multiple company business sectors are involved in a single project.
