About Donna Lynch

I have been fortunate enough to lead teams in multi-unit leadership roles and most recently field support in the home office. During my career I have led in creating training systems, process development initiatives and delivering plans of execution. I also have extensive experience in sales and profit achievement, people development, relationship management with vendors, merchandising, P&L analysist, operational leadership and implementation, hiring and on-boarding various roles in multiple positions both in the field and Home Office support.As a leader I understand that the core of an organization starts with the culture that is well defined. The employee experience is the number one priority as it drives the purpose, passion and potential of its people. I believe leadership has four pillars: execution, accountability, visibility and connection. Without them it is difficult to deliver on the basic commitment we have to our clients.
